Each client who has requested a POS terminal from DatecsPay receives an account in the reporting system of 'Datecs Payment Technology' JSC, where they can track in detail all transactions and payments made through their POS terminal(s).

Transactions

Here you can see all transactions made through your company's POS terminals. In the 'Transactions' section, you can use the filter by various criteria – date, device number, device name, payment amount, payment reference. At the bottom you will see – Excel / PDF. You can generate the information in both formats, according to your and your accountants' needs.

Here you can see which transactions have already been paid to your account and which are still pending.

Here you can see all ordered payments to your account. There is a filter for start and end date.

Payments cover a package of transactions, as follows:

Reference: Transactions foreign MC/Visa cards. Payments for transactions made with Visa/MasterCard cards issued outside of Bulgaria.

Reference: Transactions ISO cards. Payments for transactions made with Bcard, Transcard, Diners, Discover, and other brands.

The settlement period for payments made with cards issued in Bulgaria is one business day from the receipt of payment files, and two business days for cards issued outside of Bulgaria.

You can open each payment with a double click. A detailed view will open showing which transactions are included in that payment.

Profile

Here you can find information about the registered terminals at your locations. The data includes the location name, address, and terminal number, which can be used to search in the Transactions section.
